There will be a by-election in Tudor Ward on Thursday 4 December following the resignation of the sitting LibDem Councillor. Our candidate is Danny Mosley.
Danny was born in Watford General Hospital and has grown up in the town, attending Cherry Tree Primary and Westfield Academy. He now works in a care home in Watford.
