Whilst Richard Harrington MP is pleased that it may bring temporary jobs to the area of the Christmas period, Richard fears that existing problems can only be exasperated.
Earlier this week Richard wrote to the Chief Executive of Royal Mail, requesting a meeting to discuss what plans are in place to solve the existing problems before the Christmas work load arrives, and what steps have been taken to ensure that the problems were are seeing know will not happen in the future.
Richard's office is still receiving several complaints a week about disruption to deliveries and missing items.
